Ohio MEMS Association, Inc. (OMA) is a Ohio non-profit corporation and federally tax exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), effective October 22, 2002. OMA is a public charitable organization formed to foster awareness of microsystems and MEMS technology commercialization issues in Ohio.

Pursuant to the IRS requirement that nonprofit organizations make IRS form 1023 available for public inspection, the Ohio MEMS Associations' IRS form 1023 and related documents can be accessed through the links provided below.

A complete IRS 1023 form, its instructions and related publications are available from the IRS Forms and Publications website.

State of Ohio forms, related publications, and the (free) online Business Services database is available via the Ohio Secretary of State website.

Since our documents are provided in PDF format, download Adobe® Acrobat® here if you need a PDF viewer. Though, I must say, if you don't have some form of PDF reader by now you must be living in a cave.
